A Home Church is an extended family of relationships, centered around Jesus, who go and make disciples amongst a specific group of people.
The primary gathering point for The Dandelion Project is in Home Churches - which can meet in homes, workplaces, schools, parks, restaurants, gyms, etc. The connecting piece is that it is all about relationships - with one another, and with Jesus, who shapes everything that goes on.
A typical Home Church meeting will generally include the following elements:
All Home Churches seek to bless their city/wider community through serving and demonstrating the supernatural goodness of God, and groups often arrange specific times to do this..
To try out a Home Church, please message us via the Contact form (since groups tend to move around a little to allow different people to host, this is the simplest way to give you up-to-date info).
Finally, Home Churches are designed to be easy to reproduce, with every group multiplying at least once a year. To help facilitate this, we offer training and support of apprentice leaders, and love to hear dreams from people just like you who are wondering if God is calling them to start a new Home Church. If that is you, please get in touch with Alex or Hannah!
